Proshape Rx is a system of weight loss pills plus an exercise & diet program. This pill is made mainly of Hoodia Gordonii, the much talked about African herb for suppressing hunger.
Proshape Rx also contain a fat binder, Chitosan. Note that Chitosan is a shell fish extract and not a plant fibre complex like some other fat binder.
In studies conducted on Chitosan, the results are not as consistent as Neopuntia (the main ingredient in Proactol pills). Although many users swear by it, Chitosan is not a clinically proven ingredient for weight loss.
