What is the difference between being overweight and being obese?
Overweight and obesity are terms that mean a person's weight is greater than what is generally considered healthy for a given height.

How can an overweight or obese person lose weight?

Generally though, here are some suggestions to lose that excess weight :-
- Go slow in losing weight, do not rush. You can aim to lose 1 to 1.5 kg per week but not anymore.
